We offer an inspiring and invigorating daily yoga class with Judha – a form of slow vinyasa yoga with beautiful energy and clear instruction. The class is held in our gorgeous Wellness Studio, a purpose-built pavilion, open to the natural breezes coming off the rainforest and with spectacular views of Castara Bay. There is a drop in session for one hour (TT$80) at 9am, seven days a week. No need to book, just turn up. Or, if you fancy a one-hour private session, you can book a one-to-one session for TT$300 (if there’s a small group of you, we offer a per person discount).
Judha’s Full body massage offers a dynamic bodywork therapy and combines the best of yoga and massage through slow rhythmic movement. Working from head to toe, Judha uses her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle twisting, massage, and assisted yoga stretches. Together these actions result in a full body treatment that relieves muscular tension and balances the body. The treatment will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and rejuvenated. This massage can also be offered to two people simultaneously – relax and unwind together, each with your own massage therapist. A one hour full body massage is TT$550.
Judha offers a relaxing indian head massage, 30 minutes to switch off from the world and have your tensions released. Passionate about the positive effects of all massage therapy on the body and mind, Judha offers massage to suit individual needs. The primary goal of the massage is to relax the body, but it also works to heal problem areas, decrease muscle tension, and improve circulation. Massage is a great way to de-stress and relax at the beginning of your holiday, and we strongly recommend that you book in good time. A half and hour Indian Head Massage is TT$300.

16-23 November – ‘Spiritus’ Yoga Retreat. Following the success of our first home grown yoga retreat, we’re delighted to share our second yoga holiday, ‘Spiritus’. Join us between 16-23 November 2024, for seven days of gentle, and spiritual movement, breathwork and meditation. Hosted by our very own expert yoga teacher, Jovander Pacheco (aka Judha), we’ll deepen our relationship to our life force – our energy. The way we breathe is the way we live!
