Daily drop-in yoga

For an inspiring and invigorating start to your day, join Judha’s yoga class, which runs daily from 9am – 10am. Judha teaches a form of slow vinyasa yoga with beautiful energy and clear instruction. The class is held in our gorgeous, purpose-built Wellness and Yoga Studio, open to the natural breezes coming off the rainforest and with spectacular views of Castara Bay and the ocean. PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO COVID-19 THE DAILY DROP-IN YOGA CLASS IS CURRENTLY NOT RUNNING.  HOWEVER PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS ARE BOOKABLE BY PRIOR-ARRANGEMENT.

Thai Yoga Massage with Tanya

This dynamic bodywork therapy combines the best of yoga and massage through slow rhythmic movement. Working literally from head to toe, Tanya uses her thumbs, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply a combination of acupressure, gentle twisting, massage, and assisted yoga stretches. Together these actions result in a comprehensive full body treatment that relieves muscular tension and balances the body. The treatment will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, grounded and rejuvenated.

Relaxation Massage with Judha

Passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind, Judha offers massage to suit individual needs. The primary goal of the massage is to relax the body, but it also works to heal problem areas, decrease muscle tension, and improve circulation. Massage is a great way to de-stress and relax at the beginning of your holiday, and we strongly recommend that you book in good time.
