All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
Cancellations are accepted up to 60 days before arrival for most stays, with a full refund issued. After this window, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Day Pass bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
Eligibility & Booking: Offers are valid for direct bookings only and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or retreat.
Massage & Yoga Sessions: These services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred times.
Non-Transferable: Package benefits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
Changes to travel dates can be requested and will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
