Job Purpose

We are recruiting a General Manager (GM) to join our fabulous team at Castara Retreats – a boutique collection of 17 eco-lodges in Tobago, including a thriving restaurant and a wellness studio.

We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about getting the best out of people – working alongside our staff, and a network of external partners to provide leadership and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operations of businesses. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards, achieving an excellent guest experience and business profitability.

Base Salary: 2,700 – 3,700 per month USD Gross
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree Hospitality, Tourism, Business
Experience: Minimum three years in managerial position in the Caribbean
accommodation sector
Probation Period: Six months
