The rates quoted below are per accommodation. Any put-you-up beds required in any of the accommodations, will incur a supplement of £15 per bed per night.

Terms & Conditions

Rental Period

Our apartments are normally only rented for a minimum of seven days or more. However, we are happy to receive reservation requests for two days or more which fill days between existing bookings.

Payment Terms

To confirm your booking a one third deposit is required. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. All transactions are payable in UK Sterling.

Cheques should be made payable to Castara Retreats and sent to Sue Campbell Felgate at South Bank House, Broad Street, Hay on Wye, HEREFORD, HR3 5DB, United Kingdom.

Cancellation

Following your reservation and receipt of your deposit, cancellation within 12 weeks of your arrival date will entail both the loss of your deposit and responsibility on your part for payment of the outstanding fee. There is a cancellation fee of £15 to cover administration costs which will be deducted from any refund. If your accommodation is re-let for any of the nights that you reserved, then we will be pleased to reimburse you for any re-let nights.

Conditions of Rental

Accommodation at Castara Retreats is let on the understanding that our clients are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Castara Retreats has no ownership of, and receives no commission from, any of the support services available to clients, such as Porridge's airport transfers, meals on arrival, car hire, or day trips. We include details of such services on our website in order to be helpful to our clients, but we have no responsibility for the quality of these services.
